Mprove supports employees and supervisors where improvement in performance is needed.
Easy, transparent and effective.
Employers often clash with employees who need to improve their performance. These clashes often hinder the required improvement. This can lead to mutual frustration, emotions, psychological complaints, the employee being absent and other conflicts.
It is therefore important that action is taken quickly as soon as inadequate performance has been determined. With a clear digital step-by-step plan, Mprove.work assists the supervisor and the employee through the improvement process.
The entire supervision of the step-by-step plan is provided by Mprove.work. This concerns both managing progress and the formulation of interview reports and agreements. Both the employee and the supervisor are coached in the process. This for a fixed amount per month.
Because the process is meticulous and transparent, the results are excellent: in the vast majority of cases the employee can be retained.
On the basis of a digital step-by-step plan, the supervisor implements an improvement plan together with the employee. Each step describes in simple language what is expected of the supervisor. Complex questions are linked with explanations. It is important that the relationship between the supervisor and the employee is not damaged during the process. This is why Mprove.work requires the supervisor and employee to engage in a dialogue not only digitally. Each step is discussed in a physical meeting between the supervisor and employee. Mprove.work therefore ensures that the human touch remains present.
Both the supervisor and the employee are coached in how to use the tool, as well as in how to have the appropriate conversations between themselves. Coaching also takes place during the further step-by-step plan. This can be done by telephone, electronically or in a physical meeting.
“Stichting Mijn Baan” was established to guarantee the employee's independent supervision. The guidance is exclusively focused on the development and the career of the employee. The trainers/coaches of “Stichting Mijn Baan” are trained in the Mprove.work method.
Access is only possible for authenticated users, using secure login codes. All data that you enter is encrypted and sent to a secure server. Company data and privacy sensitive information of the employee are stored in the Netherlands. The strict European laws and regulations in this area are thereby complied with. Mprove.work can be used on desktop, tablet and smartphone.
The content of the system is constantly updated by our specialists. You do not have to install updates yourself, because the Mprove.work system does this automatically.
Once in a while you do have to update the Mprove.work app on your smartphone. You can do this in the Apple store or in the Google Play store.
The employee has an own login option, which gives him full access to all information from the step-by-step plan. The employee can see at any time exactly what the current agreements are and the corresponding statuses of implementation. Mprove.work is therefore completely transparent.

The rate for the use of Mprove.work includes the use of the digital tool with updates and includes the coaching of the supervisor and the employee throughout the entire process. You can choose between the rates per plan within Mprove.work, or a rate per month until the improvement process has been completed. This normally takes 6 to 7 months.
Do you want to try Mprove without obligation? That is also possible! Contact us for a demonstration.
For the use of Mprove.work it is essential that this is endorsed by the board/management of the organization and that it is applied in all situations in which inadequate performance is determined.
Moreover, the use of a protocol for inadequate performance is strongly recommended. The protocol defines what insufficient performance is and that an improvement plan must be started immediately in the event of inadequate performance.
A regulation in the field of performance improvement and assessment falls within the scope of the “Wet op de Ondernemingsraden”. If you want to introduce Mprove.work for the entire organization, relevant approval is required.
The introduction of Mprove takes place within the organization through presentations to management, HR and employees. The use of the tool requires skill in conversation techniques and in SMART formulation. Mprove coaches both the supervisors and the employees in these areas.
